No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,

• If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made within 0-30 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, our service partner will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity.
• For all the above choices, you can transfer your tickets to your friends. We would be more than happy to have them on board and you could save your hard-earned money. 

• Seats will be reserved only after full payment.

• Fees paid are non-refundable but transferable on the same event.
• A complete schedule of the trek will be given later to registered participants
• Organizers have all the right to modify or change the schedule in case

The tour is weather-based and depends on the weather conditions. There may be last-minute cancellations if weather conditions deteriorate.

What is the starting and ending point of the trip?

The trip starts and ends at Bangalore. For participants from Pune/Mumbai, train journey to and from Bangalore will be arranged. From Bangalore, private AC vehicle (SUV or Tempo Traveller, depending on group size) will be provided.

What type of accommodation is included?

We provide 3 nights of comfortable accommodation in hotels/homestays on triple/quad sharing basis. Couples or double-sharing arrangements can be requested at an additional cost (subject to availability).

What about food during the trip?

Everyday breakfast and lunch (total 4 breakfasts & 4 lunches) are included in the package. Dinner is excluded, so you can explore local delicacies at your own cost.

What kind of transport will be used?

AC private vehicles such as SUVs or Tempo Travellers will be arranged, depending on the group size. For Pune/Mumbai participants, train travel to and from Bangalore is included.

Who will lead the trip?

The trip will be led by experienced Trek Karo India Captains, who will manage the itinerary, safety, and overall group experience.

Are entry fees and adventure activities included?

No, entry fees for monuments, parks, and activities (like rafting, boating, or adventure sports) are not included in the package and must be borne by participants.

What is the group size usually?

Group size may vary between 12 to 30 participants, ensuring a fun and interactive group travel experience.

• Your registration will be confirmed only after the acceptance of complete Trip Fees.
• Your payment implies that you have read all the terms and conditions has below and accept it. 
• Seats arrangment will  be the first come first serve at the time of pickup and it will be same throughout journey
• Stormfree Adventures do not hold any rights to reserve seats for anyone. 
• Any fights regarding seating arrangement would result in dismissal of both the parties and would not be liable for any refunds
• Team STORMFREE will allocate rooms as per gender. If you are group of 3-5 people then with prior notice team alpine may allocate  seperate room if possible
• First two seats will be reserved for leaders to show route to the drivers while other seats are open for others
• Carry your personal valuable things, cameras to event on own responsibility.
• Team Stormfree Adventures creates a whatsapp group of participants a day before departure.please make sure you're added to that group as it contains vital information like pickup points/things to carry etc.
• Any other pickup points than agreed between Stormfree Adventures and participants will be disregarded unless mention in the WhatsApp chat/group
• Stormfree Adventures will not provide any special leisure time at the site as we have a schedule to follow incase if anyone does so with/without informing the leader Stormfree Adventures has the right to continue with schedule without the people 
• Food and stay arrangements are done as per the theme of backpacking/treks so kindly don't consider too lavish
• Backpacking trips arranged for the people who are looking out for pocket friendly and gather as much as experience from a given place.
