  1. We insist you on taking Friday departures to avoid the rush.
  2. We need a minimum of 10 people to operate Friday batches, if not then it will be shifted to the Saturday batch.

Things To Carry

  • backpack (waterproof or covered with waterproof cover) 
  • trekking shoes or any sports shoes with a Good grip
  • Trekking pants (compulsory), 2 T-Shirts (Preferably full sleeves or Half T-shirt with sleeves), Raincoat/ waterproof jacket/ windcheater, Handnapkin/Towel, etc
  • Water 2-3 liters.
  • Ready to eat food like plum cakes, Dry fruits, dry snacks and biscuits, Chikki, chocolate bars, etc.
  • Torch 
  • Personal Medicines and Personal First aid

  • To change after trekking - Facewash, Extra pants/ shorts, Extra T-shirt, sleeper/ floaters, an extra bag to carry your trekking shoes, innerwear, etc

HOW TO BOOK

  • If you don't receive at WhatsApp group link, don't worry we will email it to you two days prior to the trip.

Cancellation Policy

No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,

  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-30 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, our service partner will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity.
  • For all the above choices, you can transfer your tickets to your friends. We would be more than happy to have them on board and you could save your hard-earned money. 
Stormfree Policy
  • Seats will be reserved only after full payment.
  • Fees paid are non-refundable but transferable on the same event.
  • A complete schedule of the trek will be given later to registered participants
  • Organizers have all the right to modify or change the schedule in case
  • Organizers hold the right to cancel any event and refund with prior notice.

Terms and Conditions
  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and the use of any intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited during the trip. If any participant is found violating this rule, Stormfree Adventures & Tourism reserves the right to terminate their participation immediately without any refund.
  • Do not litter. Help us preserve nature by carrying your waste back with you and using designated dustbins wherever available.

  • Playing loud music in forests, mountains, waterfalls, campsites, or other natural locations is strictly prohibited. Respect nature and fellow travelers.

  • Do not write on, damage, or deface any historical monuments, temples, forts, caves, or public property. Such acts are punishable under law.

  •  The designated pickup and drop points will remain the same. Participants may choose to get down en route during the return journey at their own responsibility, subject to route feasibility.

  •  The decisions of the Stormfree Adventures Trip Leader/Captain regarding safety, itinerary changes, weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances shall be final and binding on all participants.

  •  Every participant is expected to maintain respectful and disciplined behavior. Any misconduct, harassment, abusive language, or behavior that endangers the safety or comfort of others may result in immediate removal from the trip without any refund.

  • Adventure activities involve inherent risks. In case of any injury, illness, accident, or medical emergency during the trip, Stormfree Adventures & Tourism will provide reasonable assistance in arranging medical support wherever possible. However, all medical, evacuation, hospitalization, transportation, and related expenses shall be borne solely by the participant.

  • All trips are subject to weather conditions, government regulations, road conditions, and local authority permissions. The itinerary may be modified, delayed, postponed, or cancelled in the interest of participant safety.

  •  No refund shall be provided for cancellations, delays, itinerary changes, or trip cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather, landslides, floods, road closures, political unrest, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or any other force majeure events.

  •  Participants must carry a valid government-issued photo ID throughout the trip and produce it whenever requested by the trip leader or authorities.

  •  Every participant is expected to follow the principles of Responsible Tourism by respecting local culture, wildlife, fellow travelers, and the environment.
