No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,

• If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellations are made within 0-30 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, our service partner will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity.
• For all the above choices, you can transfer your tickets to your friends. We would be more than happy to have them on board and you could save your hard-earned money. 

• Seats will be reserved only after full payment.
• Fees paid are non-refundable but transferable on the same event.
• A complete schedule of the trek will be given later to registered participants
• Organizers have all the right to modify or change the schedule in case
• Organizers hold the right to cancel any event and refund with prior notice.
• We strictly follow a no alcohol, no drugs, and no litter policy. 

⚠️ ADVENTURE RISK & LIABILITY CLAUSE

Travel, trekking, backpacking, camping, and other adventure activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, accidents, wildlife encounters, adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, road hazards, altitude-related issues, property loss, permanent disability, or even death.

By registering for any trip organized by Stormfree Adventures & Tourism, participants acknowledge and voluntarily accept these inherent risks and agree to participate at their own discretion.

Participants Must Ensure That:

• They are physically and mentally fit to undertake the trip or activity.

• Any pre-existing medical condition, allergy, injury, or health concern is disclosed to Stormfree Adventures & Tourism before the commencement of the trip.

• They will strictly follow all instructions provided by the Trip Leader, Coordinator, or local authorities throughout the journey.

• They will respect nature, local communities, and fellow participants while maintaining environmental discipline.

• They understand that failure to follow safety instructions may result in removal from the trip without any refund.

Right to Refuse Participation

Stormfree Adventures & Tourism reserves the right to refuse or terminate the participation of any individual, without refund, if the participant is found medically unfit, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaving irresponsibly, or acting in a manner that may endanger themselves or others.

Limitation of Liability

Stormfree Adventures & Tourism, its Directors, Employees, Trip Leaders, Coordinators, Volunteers, Partners, and Service Providers shall not be held responsible or liable for any injury, illness, accident, loss of life, delay, theft, damage to personal belongings, or any financial loss arising from participation in the trip, including circumstances caused by force majeure or events beyond the organizer's reasonable control.

Travel Insurance

Participants are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive Travel and Personal Accident Insurance covering medical emergencies, evacuation, trip cancellations, loss of baggage, and other unforeseen events before undertaking the trip.

Final Authority

For any situation not specifically covered under these Terms & Conditions, Stormfree Adventures & Tourism reserves the absolute right to make decisions regarding participant safety, logistics, itinerary, transportation, accommodation, financial matters, and overall trip operations. All such decisions shall be final, binding, and applicable to all participants, and are taken in the best interest of the group and the safe execution of the trip.

The accommodation will be on quad sharing basis in hotels and camps wherever required

• Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Stormfree Adventures & Tourism shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage of personal items.
• Transportation is provided only as per the itinerary. Any additional travel or deviation from the itinerary will be chargeable.
• Sightseeing is subject to weather conditions, traffic, road closures, permits, and other operational factors. Stormfree Adventures & Tourism shall not be responsible if any sightseeing point is missed due to unavoidable circumstances.
• In case the trip is extended due to natural calamities, roadblocks, vehicle breakdowns, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances, participants must bear the additional expenses (₹2,500 per person per day, payable directly to the Trip Leader/Coordinator).
• The itinerary, accommodation, transportation, timings, or route may be modified due to safety concerns, weather conditions, operational requirements, or force majeure. The decision of Stormfree Adventures & Tourism will be final and binding.
• The mode of transportation may change based on operational requirements or availability without prior notice.
• Train reservations are initiated as per Indian Railways booking schedules. Tickets may be confirmed, RAC, or Waiting depending on availability.
• For RAC/Waiting ticket confirmation, Tatkal charges (approximately ₹600–₹800 per person) may apply if opted by the participant.
• During peak travel seasons, train tickets may not always be booked under the participant's name due to availability constraints. Participants may also choose to book their own train or flight tickets.
• All photographs and videos captured during the trip by Stormfree Adventures & Tourism are the property of the organization and may be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without prior permission.
• Carrying a valid Government-issued Photo ID (Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving License, etc.) is mandatory throughout the trip.
• Departure and arrival timings are tentative and may vary due to weather, traffic, railway schedules, or other external factors.
• Trains, flights, ferries, and other public transport services operate under their respective authorities. Stormfree Adventures & Tourism shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, missed departures, or schedule changes by transport operators.
• In case of a medical emergency, evacuation, hospitalization, ambulance, or any related expenses shall be borne entirely by the participant.
• Only one promotional offer, discount, coupon, referral benefit, or trip credit can be applied per booking.
• Stormfree Adventures & Tourism reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant from the trip without refund in case of misconduct, indiscipline, intoxication, harassment, damage to property, violation of safety rules, or behavior that affects the safety or enjoyment of other participants.
• Every participant is expected to follow the instructions of the Trip Leader throughout the journey. Failure to do so may result in removal from the trip without any refund.
• By confirming the booking, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted all the Terms & Conditions of Stormfree Adventures & Tourism.

In any situation not specifically covered under these Terms & Conditions, Stormfree Adventures & Tourism reserves the absolute right to make decisions regarding participant safety, trip operations, logistics, itinerary modifications, transportation, accommodation, scheduling, and all financial matters.

All decisions taken by Stormfree Adventures & Tourism and its authorized Trip Leaders/Coordinators shall be final, binding, and non-negotiable for all participants. No disputes or claims shall be entertained against such decisions when they are made in the interest of safety, smooth execution of the trip, or due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control.

Participants, by confirming their booking, acknowledge and agree to abide by all decisions made by Stormfree Adventures & Tourism throughout the duration of the trip.
